We respect all personal data:

• All emails are password protected and accessible only by Tim and Liz Bryan
• All application forms are stored electronically only and  are again only accessible by password
• We would never pass on or share any personal data 
• Emergency contact information provided by a person on retreat will only be used in an emergency, i.e. if we are concerned for that person's safety.
